Brent Stadther is the home inspector of Full Disclosure Inspections and an International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Certified Master Inspector (CMI)®. He is passionate about continuing his education as a home inspector and focuses on staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards, tools, and technology. He holds active certifications for all of the services he currently offers and is fully licensed where required. Dedicated to using the best technology for his clients’ benefit, he includes the use of state-of-the-art tools during his inspections.
A home inspector with real estate experience can help home buyers and sellers understand their real estate transaction from multiple angles. Brent has over 20 years of experience in this industry and is eager to guide his clients through a process that can often feel overwhelming. With an understanding of the home buying process from an inspector’s perspective, builder’s perspective, and real estate agent’s perspective, Brent can answer his customer’s questions in a well-rounded and educated way that makes the transaction feel less stressful.
Outside of his career, Brent enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, being outdoors, metal detecting, and gold prospecting. He is also a Blacksmith who loves to make tools and building materials the old fashioned way.

The home inspection report is what will guide you as you make decisions about your real estate transaction and decide what repairs to request. In it, you will find detailed information about the systems in the home and its current condition along with plenty of photos that enlarge when clicked. We generate these reports using HomeGauge Software and deliver them directly to your email. A tool called the Create Request List (CRL)™ is also featured in the report. With it, you can assemble a project list of home repairs directly from our findings to save and share easily with your realtor.
